Armani’s First Branded Residences on Raha Island
Giorgio Armani has announced plans for the Armani Beach Residences, the brand’s first-ever residential project, set along the shores of Ras Al Khaimah’s Raha Island. Developed in partnership with RAK Properties, the project will feature a limited number of luxury beach villas and apartments with direct private beach access, panoramic Arabian Gulf views, and a backdrop of the Jebel Jais Mountains.
Design Inspired by Armani’s Own Homes
Taking cues from Giorgio Armani’s personal residences, the design merges the brand’s refined aesthetic with the natural beauty of the coastline. Interiors will highlight high-end materials and tailored craftsmanship, echoing Armani’s Haute Couture philosophy.
Exclusive Amenities and Lifestyle
Residents will enjoy access to a members-only beach club, curated private experiences, concierge services, and global privileges tied to the Armani brand. The development aims to offer a seamless blend of luxury living and the surrounding marine landscape, creating what Armani calls “a unique lifestyle experience.”
