A tongue in cheek campaign introduces a high performance silhouette built for serious skating.

A Playful Awards Season Moment

Palace Skateboards and Vans have officially unveiled the Vans Low 2, confidently and humorously dubbing it the skate shoe of the year. The launch is accompanied by a satirical campaign video featuring Vans team riders Danny Brady and Rory Milanes accepting a fictional S S O T Y award, leaning into Palace’s signature irreverent tone while celebrating the collaboration’s London meets California identity.

Built for Impact and Control

Beyond the humor, the Vans Low 2 is rooted in technical performance. Constructed on Vans’ advanced vulcanized low top platform, the shoe incorporates PopCush insoles for impact protection and board control. DuraCap reinforcements strengthen high wear areas for added durability, while the SickStick rubber compound and classic waffle outsole deliver enhanced grip on and off the board.

Colorways and Release Details

The collaboration arrives in three distinct colorways including black, true white, and yellow, blending clean aesthetics with skate ready construction. The Palace x Vans Low 2 launches on February 27 at 11 a m across the UK, Europe, and the US, followed by a February 28 release in Japan, Korea, China, and Australia.
