Gantri Opens Its First Physical Showroom With The Shop

gantri

The lighting brand steps into the real world with a permanent space built for creativity and community.

A Decade Marked by a Physical Presence

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Gantri has opened its first ever permanent showroom in San Francisco’s SoMa district. Known for its digitally manufactured and design driven lighting, the California based brand introduces The Shop as more than a retail destination. The 1600 square foot space functions as a showroom, customization studio, and creative hub for designers and visitors alike.

An Art Deco Space Designed for Immersion

Located at 320 10th Street, the former auto shop has been transformed into an Art Deco inspired interior that nods to the building’s history. Designed in collaboration with Mzwakhe Muzi Ndlovu of ZOMUZI, the space is washed in Gantri green and filled with sculptural installations made from the brand’s 3D printed Plant Polymers. Draped fabrics, modular forms, and carefully placed lighting fixtures immerse visitors in Gantri’s world while highlighting the versatility of its designs.

Lighting Innovation Meets Community

Inside The Shop, customers can experience Gantri’s full lighting portfolio in person, including its range of colors, finishes, and sustainable materials. The space also serves as a place for collaboration, allowing local creatives to customize designs and engage directly with the brand’s process. Open to the public as of January 29, Gantri’s first showroom reflects its mission to empower designers and imagine a more thoughtful future for lighting and design.
