A pristine example of Lamborghini’s first production car is set to command serious attention.

The Birth of the Raging Bull

An ultra rare 1965 Lamborghini 350 GT is preparing to cross the auction block, offering collectors the opportunity to acquire a foundational piece of automotive history. As the very first production model from the Sant’Agata Bolognese marque, the 350 GT marked Ferruccio Lamborghini’s bold entrance into the grand touring arena, born from his legendary rivalry with Enzo Ferrari.

Coachbuilt Elegance by Touring Superleggera

Limited to just 120 examples, the 350 GT pairs refined performance with handcrafted Italian design. Its aerodynamic aluminum bodywork was shaped by Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera, giving the coupe its elegant proportions, oval headlights, flowing roofline, and classic wire wheels. The silhouette captures the spirit of 1960s Italian motoring, balancing restraint with quiet confidence.

A Historic V12 Under the Hood

Powering the grand tourer is a 3.5 liter quad cam V12 engineered by Giotto Bizzarrini and paired with a five speed manual transmission. The front mounted engine established Lamborghini as an immediate force in the high performance luxury segment, delivering smooth yet commanding power. This particular example remains meticulously maintained, retaining its original matching numbers engine and a well preserved interior. With its rarity and historical significance, the 350 GT is expected to achieve a premium result when bidding opens online.
