World Press Photo, the nonprofit founded in 1955, has long celebrated the power of photojournalism. For its 70th anniversary the organization offers 70 standout prints from photographers across continents and eras, giving the public a chance to own a piece of visual history.

Highlights From the Collection

The selection features iconic moments like Gunnar Tingsvall’s capture of Pelé in 1958 Neil Armstrong’s photograph of Buzz Aldrin on the moon and John Rooney’s portrait of Muhammad Ali. The lineup also includes work from Diana Markosian David Futenfleder Charli Cold Yael Martínez Katie Orlinsky and many others, blending veteran photojournalists with rising talents.

How to Participate

The anniversary print sale is live on the World Press Photo website through November 26. Framed prints are $300 USD and unframed prints are $180, offering an accessible way to celebrate the courage and creativity of these photographers while owning a piece of history.
