Lee’s latest solo exhibition marks the end of an 18-year journey with his signature Korean clay.

A Journey Across Continents

UK-based Korean ceramist Jaejun Lee presents his first solo exhibition in Hong Kong, showcasing his lake-blue glazed porcelain at otherthings by THE SHOPHOUSE. The works are crafted from Korean clay Lee has carried over 5,000 miles, reflecting a delicate balance between precision and spontaneity in his creative process.

Moon Jars Reimagined

Highlights include modern interpretations of mid-Joseon Dynasty moon jars. Traditionally made from two halves joined at their equator, Lee’s versions feature cascading lake-blue glazes and elegant drips, evoking the calm of a full moon and a deep connection to cultural heritage.

Exhibition Details

Stillness in Blue – Captured Moments runs until October 12, 2025 at otherthings by THE SHOPHOUSE, offering a rare glimpse of Lee’s final works with the discontinued Korean clay.
