Range Rover Pushes Flagship Luxury Into the Extreme With Invite Only SV Ultra SUV

A next generation Range Rover arrives with sensory tech, sculptural materials, and a level of exclusivity reserved for private allocation only.

An Ultra Flagship Reserved for Select Clients

Land Rover has introduced the 2027 Range Rover SV Ultra, a new top tier model positioned above its existing SV lineup. Unlike standard production vehicles, this version is not openly available for purchase and is instead offered strictly through invitation, reinforcing its positioning as a collector focused flagship.

With pricing expected to sit well beyond current SV models, the SV Ultra is designed as a statement piece for ultra high net worth buyers rather than a conventional luxury SUV.

Liquid Metal Design and Reimagined Interior Materials

The exterior is defined by a new Titan Silver finish that incorporates real aluminum flakes, creating a fluid, shifting surface effect under different lighting conditions. Satin platinum accents and large 23 inch wheels further emphasize its presence.

Inside, the brand moves away from traditional materials entirely. Leather is replaced with advanced Ultrafabrics in soft tonal finishes, paired with rattan palm veneer trims that introduce a lighter, more architectural feel. The cabin also includes refined touches like a rear club table and integrated cooling compartment, reinforcing its chauffeur focused design language.

Sensory Audio and Full Body Sound Experience

The most radical update comes in the form of a new SV Electrostatic Sound system. Instead of traditional speaker hardware, the SUV uses ultra thin transducers embedded throughout the cabin, including headrests and the headliner.

This is paired with a sensory haptic floor system that translates audio into physical vibration, allowing occupants to feel music through subtle pulses across multiple wellness modes. The result is an environment designed as much for sensory experience as for transport.

With hybrid and V8 options available, and an electric version planned, the Range Rover SV Ultra positions itself as a new benchmark for experiential luxury inside the automotive world.
