The pop star follows August’s single “Fast” with another dance-floor ready track.
A Tease of What’s Next
On Sept. 4, Demi Lovato shared a video clip introducing fans to an upcoming single titled “Here All Night.” The snippet shows Lovato dancing in fishnets and a glittering black outfit, singing lines like, “Sweating on the dance floor under the lights to get over you.” The caption kept it simple but pointed: “Still here.”
A Return to Pop
The new song arrives shortly after “Fast,” which debuted in August and marked Lovato’s return to pop after several years of rock-focused releases, including the punk-heavy Holy Fvck and the reimagined rock album Revamped. “Fast” climbed to No. 8 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Pop Songs chart, signaling strong momentum for Lovato’s new direction.
Revisiting Milestones
Alongside new music, Lovato has been re-engaging with nostalgic touchpoints from her career. This summer she reunited with the Jonas Brothers onstage for a throwback Camp Rock performance, and even paid a visit to The Bigg Chill frozen yogurt shop — a place that once made headlines in her story. Now, with an album of dance-pop tracks reportedly on the way, “Here All Night” sets the stage for a full-circle pop comeback.
