Bugatti’s new bespoke coachbuilding initiative brings ultra-exclusive, sculpture-inspired design to the forefront.
Introducing Brouillard, a Tribute to Ettore Bugatti’s Favorite Horse
Bugatti has officially unveiled Programme Solitaire, its new ultra-exclusive one-of-one customization program. The first creation under this initiative is the Brouillard — a 1,600-horsepower W16-powered coupé that draws inspiration from Ettore Bugatti’s beloved horse. The car’s design echoes equine musculature with flowing, sculpture-like bodywork, complemented by a cathedral glass roof, green-tinted carbon fiber, tartan fabrics, and a gear shifter featuring a handcrafted sculpture of the horse.
A Limited Series of Bespoke Masterpieces
Programme Solitaire will produce no more than two bespoke vehicles annually, each reimagined with fully custom bodywork and interiors while based on existing Bugatti platforms. The program channels the artistry and craftsmanship legacy of the Bugatti family, echoing the coachbuilding tradition from the 1920s and ’30s.
A New Era of Personalization
With Brouillard, Bugatti is redefining personalization by merging automotive performance with unique artistic expression. This one-off embodies grace, elegance, and heritage — setting the tone for future Solitaire creations designed for the most discerning collectors.
