RM Sotheby’s is set to auction an ultra rare 2023 Ferrari 812 Competizione crafted through the marque’s exclusive Tailor Made program. Offered at the upcoming Miami sale, the highly personalized supercar represents the apex of Ferrari’s front engined, naturally aspirated V12 lineage. With only 999 examples produced worldwide, this particular chassis stands apart thanks to its extensive factory customization and single owner history. The auction house estimates a final price between $1.8 million and $2 million USD.
Prugna Opaco and Motorsport Inspired Details
The exterior is finished in a striking extra range Prugna Opaco, a matte plum shade contrasted by Oro Opaco longitudinal racing stripes and matte gold forged wheels. Inside, the cabin pairs Poltrona Frau Heritage Castagno leather with Nero Alcantara, carbon fiber trim, and matte gold accents on the paddle shifters. Subtle racing references are woven throughout, including a matte gold number 38 behind the windows, nodding to the 38 turns of the Circuit de la Sarthe at Le Mans.

Under the sculpted carbon hood sits the 819 horsepower V12, whose air filter boxes carry the silver ink signatures of Formula 1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. Showing just 2,361 miles, this Tailor Made 812 Competizione arrives as both a collectible and a celebration of Ferrari’s enduring V12 legacy.
