A singular hypercar blends automotive mastery with haute horology to mark twenty years of an icon.
A Tribute Rooted in Vision and Legacy
Bugatti has unveiled the FKP Hommage, a one of one creation commissioned through its ultra exclusive Programme Solitaire. Built on the open top Mistral platform, the car honors both the twentieth anniversary of the Veyron and the legacy of Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary behind the original 1001 horsepower project. While it shares the modern 1600 PS W16 foundation of the Chiron Super Sport, the design channels the clarity and proportion that defined the 2005 Veyron.
A World First Dash Clock by Audemars Piguet
The interior centerpiece is a bespoke Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon clock integrated directly into the dashboard. This fully mechanical timepiece operates without any electrical wiring, remaining wound through a custom engineered rotary gondola system that uses the motion of the car itself. Set within an engine turned aluminum console inspired by historic Bugatti straight eight cylinder heads, the clock represents an unprecedented fusion of watchmaking and automotive engineering.
Craftsmanship Without Compromise
Beyond the clock, the cabin introduces Car Couture fabrics woven exclusively in Paris, replacing traditional leather with a more expressive textile approach. A perfectly circular steering wheel and aluminum components machined from solid blocks reinforce the car’s connection to Bugatti’s early racing heritage. Finished in layered Rouge Jubilé paint with black tinted carbon fiber, the FKP Hommage stands as a multi million dollar statement of bespoke craftsmanship and enduring design philosophy.
