‘Breathless in Glowing Air’ Captures Beauty Before It’s Lost

breathless

Pomegranate Press marks its 10th anniversary with a sweeping group show in London.

A Decade of Image-Making

Independent New York publisher Pomegranate Press is celebrating 10 years with Breathless in Glowing Air, a 100-piece exhibition at London’s 1014 gallery. Running through September 19, the show features 62 photographers from contemporary photography’s new vanguard, including Pia Paulina Guilmoth, Juan Brenner, Adam Powell, and Jerry Hsu.

Beauty in the Everyday

With no fixed theme, the works spotlight fleeting yet enduring moments: lovers’ touch, dust rising into the light, or a strip mall transformed by a rainbow. Each image becomes an ode to overlooked beauty, echoing Pomegranate’s fascination with possibility and impermanence.

The Heart of Pomegranate

Founder Jesse Feinman began the press at age 20 in Florida with a simple zine rooted in friendship and beauty. Now a global imprint based in New York, Pomegranate has expanded to limited-edition books, merch, and ephemera — all while keeping its punk-inspired ethos of accessibility intact.

Breathless in Glowing Air is on view at 1014 gallery in London through September 19.
