The recovery focused sneaker returns with breathable design and earthy outdoor inspired tones.
A Comfort Driven Recovery Sneaker
Nike continues its focus on comfort oriented footwear with the upcoming release of the Air Rejuven8 in a new Sequoia Light Khaki colorway. Originally designed as a post performance recovery shoe, the silhouette emphasizes lightweight construction, airflow and plush cushioning for everyday wear.
The slip on design features a molded Light Khaki cage that wraps around the foot in an open lattice structure. This airy layout promotes strong ventilation while maintaining a secure and structured fit.
Breathable Construction and Easy Fit
Beneath the outer cage sits a soft inner bootie made from gauze like mesh material that provides a flexible sock like feel. Tonal rope laces thread through the outer cage to help lock the foot in place, adding stability without sacrificing comfort.
Additional features include padded collar sections and dual pull tabs on both the tongue and heel, making the shoe easy to slip on and off.
Outdoor Inspired Colors and Cushioned Support
The neutral upper is paired with a Sequoia toned midsole that introduces a darker outdoor inspired contrast. The midsole also features a subtle pebbled texture that adds visual depth to the design.
Underfoot, a chunky foam outsole with segmented traction pods improves flexibility and grip while supporting the shoe’s Air cushioning system. The Nike Air Rejuven8 Sequoia Light Khaki is expected to release during Summer 2026 through Nike and select retailers with a retail price of 135 USD.
