New Balance 1906L Returns in Red Croc

1906L

The classic sneaker-loafer hybrid gets a bold, high-fashion makeover this fall.

Striking New Materials

The New Balance 1906L “Red Croc” transforms the familiar silhouette with a glossy, patent leather upper textured to resemble crocodile skin. The luxurious red hue dominates the shoe’s top half, covering the strap, heel, and upper, while the midsole and outsole remain a classic black. This design marks a sharp departure from the mesh and suede commonly seen on New Balance heritage models.

Performance Meets Style

Originally debuted as a running shoe in 2009, the 1906L combines comfort with style. This iteration keeps its advanced full-length N-ERGY cushioning system, ensuring excellent shock absorption and everyday wearability alongside its standout design.

Release Information

The New Balance 1906L “Red Croc” is slated for a Fall 2025 release through New Balance stores and online.
