Featuring Willie Nelson, D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, and a palette that redefines winter.
A Celebration of Life in the Cold
Haider Ackermann has unveiled the third iteration of the “Snow Goose” collection for Canada Goose, continuing his creative evolution with the luxury outerwear brand. The Fall/Winter 2025 line challenges expectations of winterwear — infusing it with movement, emotion, and color that evoke life thriving beneath the frost.
Unexpected Colors, Enduring Warmth
The designer replaces the muted tones of traditional winterwear with vibrant hues like “Mint Green,” “Ice Lavender,” and “Marine Earth Blue”, balanced by grounded neutrals of brown and black. Ackermann explains, “Winter is often imagined as a season of silence. I wanted this collection to breathe — to capture the pulse of life that persists beneath the cold.”
Key standouts include the sculptural Thalix Parka, lightweight Shift Anorak, reflective Merge Jacket and Pant set, and the Rigel Heavyweight Hoodie, which bears the bold message: “The Earth Needs All the Friends It Can Get.”
A Campaign Alive With Movement
Shot by Tim Elkaïm, the campaign stars Willie Nelson, D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Tasha Tilberg, Stevie Sims, Xiaowen Ju, and Connor Newall — all styled against a stark white backdrop that evokes a sense of wind, motion, and quiet resilience. The imagery mirrors Ackermann’s vision of “resilience and quiet optimism.”
Expedition to the Edge of the Arctic
As part of the launch, Ackermann is leading an expedition to Churchill, Manitoba, inviting a select group to witness the annual polar bear migration. The trip underscores Canada Goose’s ongoing partnership with Polar Bears International (PBI), a key conservation partner helping protect Arctic habitats.
