Aminé has unveiled his upcoming New Balance Biblioteca 2000, set to drop October 3. Building on the ABZORB 2000 silhouette, the shoe reimagines the 2000s-era runner with a candy green upper, high-gloss finish, and glow-in-the-dark sole units. The pair comes in custom packaging inspired by the book drop at the North Portland Branch Library, complete with Aminé’s New Balance branding.
More Than Just Sneakers
The Biblioteca 2000 release isn’t only about footwear—it’s also about giving back. Aminé is encouraging fans to donate books to the North Portland Branch Library for a chance to win a free pair. “Please donate a book … tag me in a story/post of your proof of donation for a free pair,” he shared on Instagram. Donations will be accepted until September 10.
