A new co ed vision under Jonathan Anderson presents fashion as performance, identity, and self expression.
A First Co Ed Chapter
The Spring Summer 2026 campaign marks Dior’s first co ed outing under Jonathan Anderson. Shot by David Sims, the imagery introduces a diverse cast that includes Greta Lee, Louis Garrel, Paul Kircher, Kylian Mbappé, and Sunday Rose. Set within a restrained yet aristocratic environment of wood paneling and aged parquet floors, the campaign balances theatrical tension with an intimate, almost rehearsal like atmosphere.
Between Persona and Performance
Sims’ photographs move between stark black and white and vivid color, capturing each subject in moments of transformation. The figures appear suspended between their private identities and the roles they perform, reinforcing the campaign’s focus on character rather than spectacle. The setting strips away excess, allowing posture, gesture, and expression to carry as much weight as the clothes themselves.
Styling With Freedom and Play
The collection reflects Anderson’s liberated approach to the Dior archive. Iconic pieces like the Bar jacket are reimagined alongside unexpected elements such as Delft shorts, rugged denim, and dramatic knitted capes. Accessories play a central role, from tassel covered Lady Dior bags to bow detailed footwear and tactile carryalls. Together, the looks suggest that style is instinctive and expressive, a daily act of becoming rather than a fixed identity.
