Crocs is gearing up for Halloween with the Classic Clog “Pennywise,” a design that transforms the comfort shoe into a nightmare. The release draws directly from Stephen King’s IT, reimagining the villainous clown in footwear form.
Disturbing Design Details
The upper is covered with Pennywise’s face, featuring his glaring yellow eyes, red nose and chilling grin. Oversized Jibbitz jut out of the nose, lips and sharp teeth, adding a three-dimensional element. The heel strap is finished with fiery red hair accents, while the black midsole bleeds with a dripping red pattern.
Release Information
The Crocs Classic Clog “Pennywise” will retail for $80 USD and launches September 23 through Crocs and select retailers. Just in time for Halloween, this unsettling drop is set to bring a frightful twist to cozy footwear.
