The iconic brands bring playful design and personalization to the latest sneaker drop.
The Collaboration
Converse and Coca-Cola are continuing their partnership with a new Chuck 70 collection, centered on themes of love, creativity, and joyful connection. This collaboration follows their previous three-way collection, which ran from 2017 to 2020 with Kith.
Design Highlights
The collection includes three leather Chuck 70 pairs in red, black, and grey. The red pair launches first, featuring a leather upper divided by an extra piece forming Coca-Cola’s script logo, wrapping from the spine to the bottom eyelets. Outsoles pay homage to the pale green hue of classic Coca-Cola glass bottles. The insoles are printed with cola soda graphics, and branded circles on the medial sides mimic bottle caps.
Personalization And Release
A standout feature of this collaboration is personalization, allowing consumers to write their names on the insoles and inner tongue, making each sneaker unique. The red pair releases on October 9, with the black and grey pairs following later.
