British Vogue has just launched Vogue Values, a powerful new initiative designed to push the fashion industry forward—socially, culturally, and consciously. Developed in partnership with eBay and Nike, the year-long editorial and social campaign aims to spotlight fashion as a driver of progress, inclusion, and positive change.
“Vogue Values is about redefining who gets to be seen, heard and celebrated in fashion,” says Chioma Nnadi, head of editorial content at British Vogue. “The goal is not just to talk about change, but to help drive it—in wardrobes, workplaces and communities.”
The initiative will explore four key pillars:
- Sustainability
- Women’s Health
- Equitable Access to Creativity
- Representation in Fashion
Through storytelling, social-first video content, editorial features, live events, and charitable collaborations, Vogue Values aims to elevate diverse voices and expand the definition of who gets to shape fashion’s future.
A Shift Toward Conscious Creativity
Nike and eBay—two major players in their own right—are lending support and momentum. For eBay, it’s a continuation of their efforts to reframe pre-loved fashion as not just sustainable, but aspirational. “This initiative mirrors a broader shift in fashion, where sustainability, inclusivity and creativity are becoming essential,” says Kirsty Keoghan, senior director of European fashion at eBay.
Launch Campaign: Fashion is for Everyone
The debut campaign, titled Fashion is for Everyone, features ambassadors like Jourdan Dunn, who also penned a personal essay for British Vogue’s July issue. Dunn reflects on her own career journey, sharing candidly about the challenges of representation, discrimination, and self-doubt—and how she found strength and resilience in spite of it all.
The campaign also includes meaningful partnerships with two nonprofits:
- Smart Works – providing clothing and interview coaching to women entering the workforce.
- Give Your Best – a donation platform connecting clothing directly with women refugees and asylum seekers.
Both organizations embody the heart of Vogue Values: fashion as a tool not just for self-expression, but for empowerment and transformation.
More Than a Statement—A Movement
With Vogue Values, British Vogue is using its platform to drive deeper cultural conversations while championing creativity with conscience. This isn’t about trends—it’s about building a future where fashion works for everyone. And that future? It’s already taking shape.
